Dive into the world of Puerto Rican gastronomy with this fun interactive cooking class!
Start your culinary journey in the company of our friend and chef at a local farmers’ market, where you’ll pick out your ingredients of the day and talk to locals. Learn about our staple foods as well as agricultural practices on the island before moving on to your cooking lesson.
Together with your chef, you will prepare the ingredients as they explain the cultural significance of the dish you will be working on. Time to roll up your sleeves and make your own authentic Puerto Rican dish! Follow family recipes, get new cooking techniques, and while seasoning, don’t forget to add a pinch of amor!
