As locals who love to eat, we've learned that Edinburgh has a huge amount of diversity to offer on the culinary front beyond just traditional dishes - we want to show it to you!
I (William) will be hosting you. I want to share my passion for eating in Edinburgh by showcasing hidden gems in the food industry while supporting local family businesses.
We've handpicked each dish based on personal favourites, while taking in mind the history and heritage of each location. We've spent the last year researching the tour, visiting our favourite locations and getting to know the owners and their stories.
There are a lot of hidden gems in Edinburgh that people don't know about and we've included dishes you wouldn't expect to eat in Scotland.
On this tour you'll be away from the tourist traps, with changing locations and dishes based on what's available in the city on that day.
Once we come to an end, we'll provide personal recommendations to help you make the most of your vacation!

We will meet you by the William Chambers Monument to start the tour!

The tour ends at historical Old College, where we will be able to provide recommendations/suggestions on where to head to next and for the remainder of your stay in Edinburgh.
- Our Tour will start at the famous National Museum of Scotland, where we will walk into the heart of Edinburgh to begin our eating journey! (pass by)

We'll pass by the former main hospital of Edinburgh to begin our first culinary experience - Best Roti's in Edinburgh are available here - expect crunchy, fluffy, juicy roti's with a fantastic sauce to dip!

The MeadowsThe Meadows (Edinburgh's Central Park) is home to the student community and a real hub for Fringe, Music and Arts at all times. This will be the hub of our tour, but for food! Here, we will sample some of the below: - Traditional Scottish Sausage Rolls (a true delicacy) - Scottish produced Foccacia Chicken Sandwiches - Peanut Butter Dan Dan Noodles - Soup Dumplings - Pancakes (with a twist!) - French brownies & Carrot Cake - Surprise Supermarket Sweep *Dishes do vary depending on season, but will always be chosen based on the best quality on the day for the quality of the tour.

The final stop of our tour - view the beautiful architecture of the Old College, with an option to head into the Art Exhibition. Here, we will settle down with our final desert option of the day and debrief, giving bespoke recommendations to those who are staying in the city and/or visiting London.
