  • Operating an ATV under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate tour termination without refund
  • No flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed footwear are allowed
  • In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement
  • For your safety, individuals who have sustained injuries to their back, hips, legs, knees, or feet within the past year are not permitted to participate
