  • Etchmiadzin Monastery
    After breakfast, we visit the St. Hripsime Church, one of Armenia’s oldest and most beautiful stone churches, dedicated to a Christian martyr whose story is deeply tied to Armenia’s conversion to Christianity. Continue to the St. Gayane Church, known for its elegant 7th-century architecture and peaceful atmosphere, before reaching the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, the spiritual center of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the residence of the Catholicos. Our final stop is the Zvartnots Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose majestic ruins still reveal the grandeur of early medieval Armenian architecture. Return to Yerevan. Overnight in Yerevan.
  • Garni Temple
    After breakfast, we drive to the Garni Temple, the only surviving pagan temple in Armenia, dating back to the 1st century AD. Overlooking the dramatic Azat Gorge, this Greco-Roman style monument once served as a royal summer residence. Here, guests will enjoy a live Duduk performance, where the soulful sounds of Armenia’s national instrument bring ancient history to life in an unforgettable atmosphere. Next, we continue to the nearby Geghard Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site partly carved into massive cliffs.     After breakfast, we begin exploring the capital with a panoramic city tour of Yerevan, one of the world’s oldest continuously inhabited cities. Our first stop is Victory Park, offering stunning views over Yerevan and Mount Ararat, along with the iconic “Mother Armenia” monument symbolizing peace and strength. We then visit the Matenadaran, a world-renowned repository of ancient manuscripts and illuminated texts, showcasing Armenia’s deep cultural and scholarly heritage. Next, we continue to Megerian Carpet, where guests can witness the art of traditional carpet weaving and learn how centuries-old designs are brought to life by skilled artisans. The tour concludes at the Ararat Brandy Factory, where you’ll enjoy a guided visit and tasting of Armenia’s legendary brandy — a proud symbol of national craftsmanship.   • Khor Virap
    After breakfast, we travel south towards the Ararat Valley to visit the Khor Virap Monastery, one of Armenia’s most sacred sites, offering a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat. This is where Saint Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned before leading Armenia to become the first Christian nation. Continuing through the scenic wine region of Vayots Dzor, we stop at the Noravank Monastery, dramatically nestled among red cliffs and famous for its elegant 13th-century architecture. We then drive toward Syunik Province to visit the magnificent Tatev Monastery, a masterpiece of medieval Armenian architecture perched on the edge of a deep gorge. To reach it, we take the Wings of Tatev, the world’s longest reversible aerial tramway, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Vorotan Canyon. After exploring Tatev, we continue to Goris, a charming mountain town known for its unique stone formations and cozy atmosphere. Overnight in Goris.
  • Jermuk Waterfall
    After breakfast, we depart from Goris and head toward the spa town of Jermuk, famous for its healing mineral waters, waterfalls, and serene mountain scenery. Take a short walk to the Jermuk Waterfall, also known as the “Mermaid’s Hair,” and enjoy the fresh alpine air of this picturesque resort town. We then travel along the historic Selim Pass, part of the ancient Silk Road, where we stop to see the Selim Caravanserai, a 14th-century travelers’ inn that once welcomed merchants and caravans crossing the mountains. Continuing north, we visit the tranquil Hayravank Monastery, located on the shores of Lake Sevan, offering panoramic views and peaceful surroundings. In the evening, we arrive in the charming resort town of Dilijan, often called “the Armenian Switzerland,” known for its lush forests, traditional architecture, and artistic atmosphere.     After breakfast, we explore the picturesque Dilijan National Park, a region known for its lush forests and tranquil mountain scenery. Our first stop is the Goshavank Monastery, a 12th-century spiritual and educational center founded by the scholar Mkhitar Gosh. Surrounded by greenery, it reflects the grace and harmony of medieval Armenian architecture. We then continue to the beautifully restored Haghartsin Monastery, nestled deep in the forested mountains. Its peaceful setting and elegant stone carvings make it one of the most enchanting monasteries in Armenia. Later, we visit Parz Lake, a hidden gem of Dilijan — a serene mountain lake surrounded by dense woods, ideal for a short walk, coffee break, or simply to enjoy nature’s calm. We then continue to the resort town of Tsaghkadzor, known for its beautiful nature and alpine charm. Visit the Kecharis Monastery, a medieval complex that once served as an important religious and educational center.
