What is a Kamayan?
A kamayan, sometimes known as a "Boodle Fight", is a meal eaten strictly with your hands - no plates or cutlery needed! An array of food will be set down on the table for each individual guest to enjoy.
What to expect:
• This is a BYOB event - guests are welcome to bring their favorite drinks
• Dine under an outdoor canopy with a safe social distance between each group
• In the case of inclement weather new dates will be added
Chef Diana is self-taught and has conquered the culinary world in NYC! She has done everything from catering, to owning restaurants, to hosting dinner parties and celebrations. She has rave reviews on Trip Advisor and continues to impress guests with every style of food she prepares.
When giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience during a booking process. Otherwise, you can choose one after checkout and voucher redemption.

THE FEAST - A BOODLE FIGHT! • Traditional Lumpia - ground beef with minced carrots, onion, celery, and seasoning wrapped in eggroll wrapper and cooked to a crisp • Sinangag - our savory version of fried garlic rice • Adobo - chicken simmered in a tangy sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, and bay leaf • BBQ - Juicy pieces of pork marinated and cooked in our signature sweet and spicy bbq sauce • Hipon - peel and eat shrimp smothered in oyster sauce • Kamatis - tomatoes tossed with cucumber and red onion • Mangga - green mango with fish sauce and bagoong (shrimp paste) • Sawsawan - sauces available for dipping: spicy vinegar, mango habanero, sweet chili sauce • Prutas - fruit to accompany : sweet mango, watermelon, grapes
