This is a First Flight Sunrise Hot Air Balloon experience, scheduled with priority for the earliest available sunrise departure.

Please provide each traveler’s passport copy, hotel/cruise name, and room number as soon as possible to arrange the required flight permissions.

Your exact pickup time will be confirmed the evening before the flight according to your accommodation location and the balloon operating schedule.

First-flight departure and flight times are subject to aviation authority approval, weather conditions, air traffic, and safety requirements.

If the flight is cancelled due to unsuitable weather or operational conditions, rescheduling or refund options will be offered.

Round-trip pickup and drop-off from Luxor hotels and Nile cruises are included.

A breakfast box is included with two sandwiches, one apple, one banana, juice and bottled water.
