After a short introduction, board a boat and head to the fishing spot. Try catching Japanese whiting (shirogisu), a popular local fish (other fish may be caught depending on the day). Beginners are welcome, and no experience is needed. On clear days, you might even see Mount Fuji in the distance.
After about 3 hours of fishing, return to the port and prepare your catch. Learn easy steps to clean and cook your fish. The menu changes depending on the day, but it often includes Japanese home-style dishes like sashimi, tempura, or grilled fish. Enjoy the fresh flavors of the fish you caught and cooked yourself.

- Rain suit or waterproof clothing (pants and jacket recommended): Prepare for possible rain or splashes that may wet your clothes.
- Motion sickness medicine: Recommended if concerned about seasickness. Please take it beforehand.
- Transportation to Kanazawa-Hakkei Station, the meeting point.
- Boat fee: 5,000 JPY~ 7,000 JPY (cash or credit card, to be paid ON THE DAY).
