Our Florence Food Tour is a walking tour in small groups around the old town. The tourist is guided by a Local Expert able to explain every detail of the selected restaurants, their preparations, and the relevant history/curiosities.

- Our food tour offers an overview of the many tasty specialities of the city, moving from selected cured meats and cheeses to different types of pasta, strictly kneaded by hand. (pass by)
- We start with the typical Florencian aperitivo tasting cured meats and local cheeses from Tuscany. (pass by)
- After that, the first dish will be the traditional Potatoes tortelli or the tasty pici. Strictly kneaded by hand in a top-ranking trattoria of Firenze. A must-try! (pass by)
- You cannot leave Florence without having tried the traditional "Pappa al pomodoro" and the "Ribollita". Both dishes from the farmers’ tradition, wisely prepared in the same way for generations, in one of the most typical and lively trattorias of Florence. (pass by)
