We're going back to the professional lab. and under the expert Guide of the Chef and professional chefs, you will transform the chosen products into a fantastic traditional Italian dish. The focus is on essential techniques for a perfect balance of flavors.

- Welcome buffet OFFERED BY THE CHEF with sweet and savoury snacks, soft drinks, tea and coffee water

- All kitchen equipment, aprons and gloves are included

- WINE is INCLUDED in the price (1 bottle for every 3 participants). Beer, spirits and cocktails are NOT AVAILABLE
- are included all the basic ingredients to make a traditional Italian first course (meat, eggs, flour, potatoes, Parmesan, extra virgin olive oil, basil, garlic, onions, celery, carrots...)

- Baby sitting - it is not possible to bring infants into the kitchen
- Animals - it is forbidden to bring any kind of animal in the kitchen
- All guests must reach and leave the meeting point independently
- For reasons of hygiene and safety of all, no baggage is allowed. All luggage will be left outside the laboratory, without responsibility on the part of the custody host

Meeting point
Chef and the City is a street workshop with three large shop windows and bright red signs. As soon as you arrive in front of the store you have to ring the bell of the central door to enter.

You will meet in the Chef and the City workshop and when all the guests have arrived you will go out with the Chef to take a ride to the beautiful and colorful outdoor Food Point of Sale in Piazzale Martini which is 100 meters from the meeting point. We will look for fresh products that will please all participants and that we will use immediately afterwards in the kitchen to prepare delicious Italian recipes, following the tradition and ancient recipes of our grandmothers. When you go to the Point of Sale follow a grandmother: she will be the perfect Guide to ensure good products and at the right price!
