Your experience begins in the Tuscan countryside at Podere Barbarella 1863 , just outside San Gimignano. You’ll meet your local host and the team from Acqua di San Gimignano for a short introduction to the workshop.
You’ll learn about San Gimignano’s PDO saffron, known as the region’s “red gold,” and its historical importance. The guide will explain how local raw materials inspire the fragrances you will work with.
Through a guided smelling session, you’ll explore different fragrance notes and essences connected to the Tuscan landscape. You’ll discover how top, heart, and base notes interact and how a perfume is structured.
Reconnecting to yourself surrounded by nature , you will have a digital detox from your phone creating your own perfume.
