Overview
There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself. Immerse yourself in the nostalgia that comes from making a delicious plate of pasta completely from scratch.
Learn how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful noodles, Fettuccine and/or Pappardelle. Use a pasta machine to make your Fettuccine. Then learn to cut thicker noodles to form your Pappardelle.
Everyone will participate in making a large batch of Puttanesca sauce from scratch. Your Chef Instructor will also demonstrate how to enjoy your pasta with something as simple as garlic and olive oil for those looking for a lighter dressing. Guests will sit down to enjoy a delicious plate of pasta by the end of class. It doesn't get much better than that!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
When giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience during a booking process. Otherwise, you can choose one after checkout and voucher redemption.
