Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera helped define Mexican modernism. On this tour, we’ll gain insight into the lives of two of Mexico’s most iconic and influential artists.

Our visit begins at the Frida Kahlo Museum, also known as Casa Azul—her former home and the place where many of her iconic self-portraits were created. We’ll get a sense of how she lived and worked in this eclectic and deeply personal space. Surrounded by her artwork, clothing, photographs, we’ll connect intimately with her story.

Next, we’ll shift our focus to Diego Rivera as we take a taxi to our final stop: the Museo Estudio Diego Rivera, the artists’ twin homes and studios. In this modern architectural setting, our expert guide will bring to life the spaces, objects, and artworks—diving into Diego’s fascination with Indigenous Mexican cultures, his artistic legacy and the enduring love and influence shared between him and Frida.
