The sunrise pickup time may vary depending on the season, sunrise time, weather conditions, and hotel location. The exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before the tour.

A valid passport or government-issued photo ID is required for monument entry.

Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

The tour involves a moderate amount of walking and may not be suitable for travelers with serious mobility limitations.

Please inform the tour operator in advance about any dietary restrictions, food allergies, mobility requirements, or special requests.

Lunch, dinner, beverages, and any meals not mentioned in the inclusions must be paid for directly by the travelers at the restaurant.

Your guide will suggest suitable restaurants based on your meal preferences, dietary requirements, and budget. If you prefer another restaurant, your guide and driver will take you there whenever reasonably possible.

If your hotel or pickup location is not listed while booking, select “My Hotel Is Not Listed” on the checkout page and manually enter your hotel name and complete address.

Pickup and drop-off are available from hotels, Delhi Airport, Gurugram, Noida, and other locations within the Delhi NCR area.

Hotel accommodation is included only when the “Tour With Hotel” option is selected.

Hotel accommodation is generally provided on a Single double- or twin-sharing basis.

For a booking of three travelers, one room will be provided with one double bed and one extra bed.

If three travelers require separate rooms, an additional room can be arranged at an extra cost, subject to availability. Please inform the tour operator in advance.

The order of the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, monument opening hours, or operational conditions without removing any confirmed attraction.

For one to two travelers, transportation will be provided in a three-seater sedan, such as a Toyota Etios or similar.

For three to five travelers, transportation will be provided in a six-seater vehicle, such as a Toyota Innova or similar.

For six to ten travelers, transportation will be provided in a ten-seater van, such as a Tempo Traveller or similar.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
