You'll be guided through the process by a local cheese master, who'll explain the techniques that have been passed down through generations.

During the workshop, you'll learn how goat cheese is made step by step, using your own hands to create and shape fresh cheese. After the session, you'll sample a selection of goat cheeses, from fresh varieties to semi-aged cheeses, and explore the differences in flavour and texture.
