Bayon TempleYou will head to the south gate of Angkor Thom followed by the Angkor Thom (comprises of renowned Bayon Temples which was made up of 54 towers and 216 faces of Buddhisatva Avalokesvara) and Baphoun temples which was one the most spectacular temples during the Angkor empire heyday. Pass by the Terrace of Elephant, which was used for the public ceremonies and served as the stage for the king’s grand audience hall, the Terrace of leper king (one of Angkor’s mysteries), and the ancient Royal Palace Phimeanakas.
