Ihlara ValleyThe lush green valley of Ihlara is a world-famous natural gorge than runs along the Melendiz River, dotted with rock-hewn Byzantine churches. We take an hour to hike along the river and breathe in the natural beauty and then we head home after an exhilerating day out. On the way back to your hotel we can stop (optional) at an onyx factory to watch a demonstration of how local onyx is formed into beautiful objects and jewellery. Drive time included in the timing
