  • Cancun
The tour begins in Cancun, where travelers are picked up from their hotel or from the meeting point confirmed for their reservation. Once the group is on board, the journey starts toward Yucatan and the Chichen Itza area, leaving the Caribbean coast behind and moving into one of Mexico’s most meaningful cultural regions. This first stretch gives travelers time to relax, get comfortable, and prepare for a full day that combines Maya history, local food, cenote swimming, and colonial scenery.
  • Chichen Itza
Before arriving at the archaeological site, the route includes a brief stop near points of interest located close to Chichen Itza. During this part of the day, travelers will also enjoy a buffet lunch at a nearby restaurant, with regional dishes and traditional Mexican flavors. After lunch, the group will continue with the guides toward the main entrance of Chichen Itza. Inside the site, travelers will take part in an approximately 1 hour guided visit through this ancient Maya city, learning about its history, architecture, cultural importance, and daily life during the height of the Maya world. Once the guided tour ends, travelers will have around 1 hour of free time to explore the area on their own, take photos, walk through the site, and enjoy the atmosphere of one of Mexico’s most famous archaeological landmarks.
  • Cenote Saamal
After visiting Chichen Itza, the tour continues to Cenote Saamal. The drive to reach the cenote takes approximately 1 hour. This stop brings a refreshing contrast after the archaeological visit, replacing temples, plazas, and ancient stone structures with clear freshwater and natural Yucatan scenery. Cenotes were important places for the ancient Maya and were often linked to sacred beliefs and the underground world. At Cenote Saamal, travelers will have time to swim, cool off, enjoy the clear water, and experience one of the peninsula’s most special natural settings. After the cenote visit, the route continues toward Valladolid. The drive to this historic city takes approximately 1 hour.
  • Valladolid
The last visit of the day takes place in Valladolid, a colonial city known for its colorful streets, calm atmosphere, traditional architecture, and strong Yucatecan identity. This stop adds a cultural and local touch after the ruins and cenote experience. Travelers will have approximately 30 to 45 minutes of free time to walk around, take photos, admire the surroundings, and enjoy the authentic charm of this historic town before beginning the return route.
  • Cancun
After the stop in Valladolid, travelers will board the transportation again for the return trip toward Cancun and the Riviera Maya. This final part of the day offers time to rest after a complete route filled with Maya heritage, regional cuisine, refreshing cenote waters, and colonial beauty. The return trip to hotels in Cancun and the Riviera Maya takes approximately 2 hours.

  • As of April 21, 2026, archaeological zones in Mexico have applied security measures that restrict entry with backpacks, suitcases, and similar items. For this reason, we strongly recommend bringing only essential personal belongings for the visit. Small items that fit in your pockets or in a compact personal bag are usually the most practical option. Certain exceptions may be considered, such as diaper bags, but entry decisions are made directly by the security personnel at the archaeological site. Our company is not responsible for belongings that are not allowed inside. During the tour, guests may leave personal items inside the transportation vehicle while visiting the scheduled locations.
  • For everyone’s security, guests may only return to the vehicle when the guide or staff announces the official boarding time. Travelers are not allowed to enter the bus or minibus earlier than scheduled, or stay inside while the rest of the group is visiting an attraction. Since other guests may have belongings stored inside, this policy helps protect the personal items of all participants.
  • The transportation unit and seating arrangement are assigned according to the operation of the day and current availability. Guests cannot select a specific bus, minibus, or seat through the booking platform, directly with our team, or at the pickup point. Our staff will do their best to keep travelers comfortable, but specific seats or vehicles cannot be reserved, blocked, or guaranteed.
  • If you are joining the tour with friends, family members, or other travelers who booked separately, please inform us before the service date so we can review whether you may travel together. When all travelers are departing from the same accommodation, we will try to coordinate the arrangement, although it cannot be guaranteed. If the pickup locations are in the same city but at different hotels, we may still attempt to organize it, but confirmation is not guaranteed. If the reservations start from different cities, this request cannot be arranged.
  • If your reservation does not yet have a confirmed hotel or meeting point, this information must be sent to our team before the cutoff time on the day before the tour. From Monday to Saturday, the latest time to provide this information is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the cutoff time is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. You may send the details through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, we can no longer arrange last-minute pickup details. If the hotel or meeting point is not received on time, the booking will be automatically moved to the next available date at no additional cost, fee, or penalty. Once this automatic rescheduling has been applied, the reservation is no longer refundable.
  • The times shown in the itinerary refer to the full duration assigned to each part of the experience. These periods may include travel time between locations, time at the stop, boarding, organization, and the time needed to continue along the route or return. They should not be interpreted as the exact amount of time spent only inside each attraction. Please check the itinerary details for the approximate timing of the day.
  • Our team makes every effort to follow the planned schedule as closely as possible. However, the timing of the tour also depends on guests being ready at the assigned pickup time and returning on time at each stop. Road traffic and route conditions may also affect the schedule and are outside our control. Please follow the meeting times indicated by the guide and respect the time allowed at every location. Even a short delay can build up during the day and affect the rest of the itinerary.
  • The included box lunch is a standard fixed option. It is provided as part of the regular meal service and cannot be modified for special diets, food restrictions, allergies, or personal preferences.
  • This experience involves a significant amount of walking. Comfortable shoes and clothing suitable for a full day of movement are recommended.
  • Lunch is offered as a regional Mexican buffet. Guests may choose from the food available at the buffet. Vegetarian options are included, but the buffet cannot currently be adapted for other specific dietary needs.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
