Please be mindful of your belongings. We cannot be held responsible for items left behind on our transport vehicles or at our facilities. In the event that you recover a lost item, there will be a charge of 500 to 700 Mexican Pesos for operational expenses. This fee covers the delivery of your item to your hotel in Cancún. For other destinations, customers will need to visit our offices to retrieve their forgotten belongings. Your cooperation in safeguarding your belongings is greatly appreciated.​
