Complete registration procedure; put on the work suit and gloves, wear the volunteer pass card.

Start to clean the panda enclosure ,as well as cracking bamboos,carry out the leftovers, etc.
10:00-11:30
Walk around other panda enclosures to see the adorable black and white animals, learn more stories about the pandas.
11:30-13:00
Lunch and break
13:00-14:00
Watch a panda documentary to learn more about the scientific facts and the life of panda.
14:00-15:00
Make panda cakes , cut the bamboo leaves and be issued the certificate of panda volunteering exerience.

Drive back to downtown Chengdu

Dujiangyan Panda BaseDujiangyan Giant Panda Base is located on the northwest , 70km away from Chengdu city, which needs about 1.5hr driving.It presents a wild natural environment for the pandas. There are about 40 Pandas in the base including many famous celebrities like Bao Bao who was born in Washington, DC. We will spend one day volunteering in Dujianyan Panda Base. During the volunteering, we will make the Panda’s cakes, clean the enclosures, and walk around the different panda enclosures to see the cute pandas .
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
