This service is non-refundable for cancellations made within 4 days prior to the service date. However, if you need to modify your reservation, such as adjusting the number of participants, changing the date or requesting a cancellation with a refund, we can accommodate your request as long as it is made at least 4 days before the date of service.

Wear comfortable and warm clothing. Waterproof jacket and pants, sports shoes or waterproof trekking boots. The weather is changeable and you have to be prepared not to get wet or cold. Sunglasses, sunscreen, gloves, hat.

Bring food and drink for the day. The Company does not have a food or beverage sales service.

Entrance to the National Park: You must pay it in cash (in Argentine pesos) upon arrival at the National Park.

Note: This tour does NOT include a walk on the Perito Moreno Glacier.

Recommendations: -Bring a box lunch to have lunch in the forest on the shore of the lake, before boarding. -

The tour schedule will depend on availability at the time your reservation is confirmed, and may be in the morning or afternoon. The appointment will be confirmed when we send you the itinerary.
