The whale season in the Dominican Republic goes usually from mid January till mid March. If you're lucky to do the tour during this time of the year you'll have also the chance to see the whales in their natural environment! We'll stay on board until crossing the bay and reaching the small town of Samana, called Santa Barbara. The boat ride takes around 1 hour during the year and around 2 hours during the whale season.
