We want every guest to have a safe, enjoyable and relaxed experience. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read and accepted the guidelines below.

1. All our tours are private for 1 to 7 guests. Solo travellers are welcome; however, the minimum charge is based on 2 guests.

2. A tour reminder will be sent a few days before your tour via the contact details provided.

3. Pick-up and drop-off are available within Inverness or along the agreed route.

4. Please wear suitable, comfortable clothing. Waterproof footwear and jackets are strongly recommended. Luggage space is limited, so please let us know in advance if you're traveling with larger bags.

5. You're welcome to bring drinks, lunch or snacks, especially on tours where cafe or restaurant stops may depend on timing and availability.

6. Children and any guests who require personal assistance should travel with a responsible companion able to provide the support they need.

7. Please respect the environment, wildlife, local communities, and any site specific guidelines during your tour.

8. For everyone's safety and comfort, guests who are seriously unwell or whose behavior could put themselves or others at risk may be unable to join or continue the tour. Where possible, we will discuss alternative arrangements.

9. Please allow sufficient time after your tour for onward travel arrangements, as unexpected road, weather, or traffic conditions can occasionally cause delays.

10. Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during tours for promotional purposes. Please let us know if you prefer not to be photographed.

If you have a medical condition, please bring any medication you may need during the tour and let us know in advance about anything that could affect your comfort or safety. During warmer months, insect repellent may be useful, and guests who are prone to motion sickness might want to bring suitable medication. Please consider your own mobility and fitness when booking. Some stops may involve uneven ground, short walks, steps, or changing weather. Difficulty wise, a moderate level of mobility is recommended.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
