    The day begins with pickup from Cancun and the Riviera Maya in a bus or minibus. During the pickup route, travelers will receive a box lunch on board, offering a simple and convenient start before continuing toward Tulum. Travelers will have approximately 2 hours of free time to explore the area independently. During this stop, guests can walk through the ancient city, admire the stone structures, take photos, and enjoy the unique scenery where Maya history meets the Caribbean coastline. This visit is designed to give travelers flexibility, allowing each guest to experience Tulum at their own pace.

    After the archaeological visit, the route continues to Casa Tortugas Cenotes, a natural freshwater area that offers a refreshing change of rhythm.     After the free time in Playa del Carmen, transportation will begin the return route to the hotels. The drive back takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on the route and traffic conditions. This final part of the day gives travelers time to rest after a full experience that included Tulum, cenotes, photo stops, buffet lunch, and Playa del Carmen.

  • Since April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico have applied security procedures that restrict entry with backpacks, luggage, and similar items. We recommend bringing only the personal belongings that are truly necessary for the visit. Small items that fit in your pockets or in a compact personal bag are the most practical option. Some exceptions may be considered, such as diaper bags, but the final decision is made directly by the security staff at the entrance. We are not responsible for any belongings that are not allowed inside the site. For this tour, travelers may leave their items inside the transportation vehicle while visiting the scheduled stops.

  • The included lunch is served as a regional Mexican buffet. Travelers may choose from the food options available at the buffet. Vegetarian options are offered, but the meal service is not currently adaptable for other specific dietary requirements, restrictions, or preferences.

From Monday to Saturday, the deadline is 21:50 hrs, GMT-5. On Sundays, the deadline is 8:00 PM, GMT-5. You may provide the information through any available contact channel. After the cutoff time, last-minute pickup arrangements can no longer be processed. If the required hotel or meeting point details are not received on time, the booking will automatically be rescheduled to the next available date. This date change has no extra cost, penalty, or additional fee. However, once the automatic rescheduling has been applied, the reservation will no longer be eligible for a refund.
