Please note the lunch and dinner experiences are different and details for both are given below:
Lunch experience (1:30pm): Join Marina for a 4-hour tour at the food market district of Athens, to savor some local delicacies. Your tour will start at a local bakery, where you will taste delicious spanakopita (spinach pie) and learn how traditional bougatsa (custard pie with phyllo) is made. Then watch how Greek coffee is made on hot sand, a ritual dating back in time to the Middle Ages. Then enjoy your tasting of authentic Greek yoghurt with sweet jam on top and many more Greek specialties.
Dinner experience (5:30pm): Kick start your tour at a Greek deli and discover the world of Greek extra virgin olive oil with an olive oil sommelier. Then walk around the Commercial Triangle, where you will stop at a local street food joint to taste Greece’s favorite street food - souvlaki (small pieces of meat and sometimes vegetables grilled on a skewer). Visit a hole-in-the-wall Greek restaurant, frequented by locals, to enjoy a traditional Greek style pizza called peinirli. Enjoy many more of such spectacular experiences.
