Under the arch on the north part of the square, next to the Cathedral and bell tower of St. Domnius.
The meeting point is on Peristil Square, where the Luxor café bar is. Look for the yellow sign or yellow umbrella next to the tallest bell tower in the center of the palace.

Diocletian Palace SubstructuresWalk through the substructures of Diocletian's Palace that were used for the dungeons of Mereen. You will see the location where Sir Barristan Selmy fought back to back with Grey Worm against the Sons of the Harpy, and more famously, the Dragon Dungeon, where Daenerys imprisoned two of her dragons.
