Batu Caves, Kuala Selangor Fireflies, Genting Highlands with Cable Car Ride Tour (Malaysia Tour Package) Our First stop will be at limestone hills of Batu Caves that comprises of three caverns and several smaller caves. It is the shrine of Lord Murugah, a Hindu deity – a flight of 272 steps lead up to the temple cave. Another cave, called the museum cave, is filled with images of deities and murals depicting scenes from the Hindu scruptures.

Kuala Selangor Firefly ParkDinner before the firefly boat tour, you will have dinner at one of the many seafood restaurants inside the park or near location. These restaurants are known for its delicious seafood dishes which is located near the waterfront. Your driver will take you to the best restaurant of that row. 19:30 Depart to Jetty for Registration 20:00 Boarding and Observe Fireflies You will be taken on a boat ride along the Selangor River where the fireflies inhibit around the branches of the “Berembang” trees along the riverbank. Start Time: 8pm (15-20 minutes) Boat: Electrically powered fiberglass boat For maximum visibility, the best time to experience Kuala Selangor’s fireflies is slightly after 8pm on a clear, moonless night. Any later than that, and the fireflies may have found a mate, causing them to stop flashing.
