Arnarker CaveThe Arnarker cave is a 516 m-long lava cave within the Leitahraun lava field. The cave is in most parts wide and high. The cave is part of the Brennisteinsfjöll volcanic system, that is active since the early Holocene The Leitahraun lava field is about 5200 years old, one of the biggest lava fields in the system.
