On this experience you will find a master class on the preparation of famous Georgian Khinkali and Ajarian Khachapuri.The event will be hosted in a Georgian family of experienced culinary guests in a cozy homely environment. The first dish we will cook khinkali is the pride of Georgian cuisine.
Dough:
During the course of the workshop, you will learn how to properly select quantities and mix dough to make it elastic and soft.
Fixing:
You will find out what ingredients to fill your khinkali with the same healing broth that perhaps takes up the main place in the process of eating this dish.
You'll also learn how to turn your khinkali correctly so they don't fall apart when cooking.
We will cook khachapuri in the second dish in Ajarian style.
Our culinary technician will show you how to properly prepare khachapuri dough,so that it turns out to be tender and what cheese to use to make it stretching and melt in your mouth. You will also learn about different ways of arranging this exquisite Georgian dish.
