  • Angkor Wat
Witness the breathtaking sunrise at Angkor Wat, the most iconic temple in Cambodia. Arrive early to secure a good spot for photography and enjoy the serene ambiance as the first light reveals the grandeur of this UNESCO site. Angkor Wat, located in Siem Reap, Cambodia, is the largest religious monument in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Built in the early 12th century during the reign of King Suryavarman II, this architectural marvel was originally dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu before transitioning into a Buddhist temple. It symbolizes the pinnacle of Khmer engineering, art, and devotion.
  • Ta Prohm Temple
Ta Prohm, one of the most famous temples in the Angkor Archaeological Park near Siem Reap, Cambodia, is renowned for its symbiotic relationship with the surrounding jungle. Built in the late 12th to early 13th century by King Jayavarman VII, Ta Prohm was originally dedicated to his mother and served as a Buddhist monastery and university. Its captivating fusion of nature and architecture has earned it the nickname “The Jungle Temple.”
  • Banteay Kdei
Banteay Kdei, meaning “Citadel of Chambers” or “Citadel of Monks’ Cells,” is an ancient Buddhist temple located in the Angkor Archaeological Park near Siem Reap, Cambodia. This temple, though lesser-known compared to Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm, holds significant historical and architectural value as part of the great Khmer Empire.
  • Bayon Temple
Bayon Temple is one of the most celebrated and enigmatic temples of the Angkor Archaeological Park, located in Siem Reap, Cambodia. It is renowned for its mesmerizing stone faces and intricate carvings, symbolizing the artistic and architectural brilliance of the Khmer Empire during its peak.
  • The Victory Gate
The Victory Gate is one of the five monumental entrance gates to Angkor Thom, the great capital city of the Khmer Empire, located near Siem Reap, Cambodia. This gate, along with the others, was built during the reign of King Jayavarman VII in the late 12th century as part of his grand vision for Angkor Thom. The Victory Gate, as its name suggests, served as the processional entrance for triumphant armies returning to Angkor Thom after battles. It also symbolized the power and divine protection of the king and the city. This gate was part of the eastern wall of Angkor Thom and provided access to the Royal Palace and the Terrace of the Elephants, where the king would oversee parades, ceremonies, and other royal events.
  • Baphuon Temple
The Baphuon Temple is one of the most impressive monuments within the Angkor Archaeological Park, located in Angkor Thom near Siem Reap, Cambodia. Known as the "Tower of Bronze," it is an architectural marvel from the Khmer Empire that reflects the grandeur and ambition of 11th-century Angkorian architecture. Baphuon was built in the mid-11th century during the reign of King Udayadityavarman II (r. 1049–1065). Dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva, it was originally constructed as a state temple and served as the centerpiece of Udayadityavarman II's capital. The Baphuon predates Angkor Thom and was constructed nearly 150 years before the nearby Bayon Temple. At the time, it was one of the largest temples in Angkor, second only to Angkor Wat in scale and importance. In the later centuries, under Buddhist influence, parts of the temple were modified. Notably, a massive reclining Buddha was added to the western side of the temple during the 16th century.
