Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Meeting Point & Pick-Up: Please provide your hotel information at the time of booking so we can arrange the correct pick-up location. Hotel pick-up is available only within the Seven Mile Beach area. If hotel information is not provided at the time of booking, the standard meeting point will be Raleigh Quay Private Dock.

Bioluminescence is a natural phenomenon, and its intensity and visibility can vary from night to night depending on environmental conditions. Promotional photos were taken with professional camera equipment during optimal conditions and may appear brighter or more vivid than what is visible to the naked eye.

Swimming in Bioluminescent Bay is optional. Guests may remain aboard the boat and enjoy the phenomenon without entering the water.

Starfish and other marine life are observed in their natural environment. Wildlife sightings and quantities may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Please follow your crew’s instructions when interacting with marine life.

This tour operates subject to suitable marine and weather conditions. The itinerary or water activities may be modified or canceled when conditions make it necessary for guest safety.

Bring a swimsuit and towel if you plan to swim, along with comfortable clothing appropriate for an evening on the water.

Avoid applying lotions, oils, or other products immediately before swimming in Bioluminescent Bay, as they may affect the sensitive ecosystem
