The total tour time includes the travel time, with the actual Bioluminescence Tour being 2 hours from dock to dock.

Bring a towel, an extra shirt or change of clothes, and comfortable clothing for the evening. You may also bring your own rash guard.

To help protect this delicate ecosystem, please do not apply sunscreen, lotions, creams, oils or other skin products before entering Bioluminescent Bay. These products can affect the organisms responsible for the natural glow.

Please respect all marine life and do not touch, handle, remove or disturb wildlife. Observe sea stars, jellyfish and other marine species in their natural environment and follow your guide’s instructions.

This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately for the day’s weather.

Depending on the time of year, you may wish to bring eco-friendly insect repellent for added comfort.

Wetsuits are available in adult sizes Small and up.

Departure and pickup times vary throughout the year. The boat generally departs around 6:30 PM during summer and 5:30 PM during winter, with hotel pickups scheduled earlier. Please follow the exact time provided in your confirmation.

Pickup is available from participating accommodations in the Seven Mile Beach area. Please provide your hotel or accommodation name at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.

No Hotel Information: If accommodation information is not provided at the time of booking, your meeting point will be Raleigh Quay Private Dock, 292 Raleigh Quay, Governor’s Harbour.

Waiver: A waiver is required for participation and should be completed before your tour date.

Souvenir photos may be available for purchase and are not included in the tour price.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

Swimming in Bioluminescent Bay is optional. Guests who choose to swim should be comfortable entering and exiting the boat and moving independently in the water.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

This experience requires good weather.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
