This is a unique opportunity to visit the home of a local and explore traditional culture and cuisine. Join Ioanna for a Greek cooking class in Athens and learn to cook a traditional Greek meal. While you cook, she will share interesting tips and tricks mixed with historical facts about the dishes you're preparing. Your cooking class will last about about 1.5 hours and you will cook two dishes together. Either learn to make a seasonal salad and main - xtapodi me kofto makaronaki (octopus cooked with sweet Samos wine, herbs and pasta) or stuffed eggplants (with tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers) or then a dessert (orange flavored halva using semolina, olive, oil cinnamon, anise and oranges). The menu is seasonal and will change depending on what is fresh and locally available in the market.
