Mercado San Juan de DiosThis gigantic market is vibrant! Explore its three floors bursting with sights, sounds, and enticing aromas. Be prepared for a sensory overload of colorful crafts, fresh produce, and delicious food stalls, a fully-immersive experience of engagement with Guadalajara's local community. Since this is a private tour -just for you and your companions- we can go at our own pace. There’s an endless variety of souvenirs and handicrafts, and we can take as much time as you need to find the perfect items. As part of the culinary experience you will try: 1. Tortas ahogadas: a tomato salsa-drowned pork carnitas sandwich. 2. Tacos de barbacoa: slow-cooked marinated beef, served in grilled tacos. 3. Tejuino: a cold beverage made from fermented corn. 4. Artisanal candies and/or seasonal fruits. To spare you the hassle of dealing with local currency and making change, the food at the market is already included.
