Once at the meeting point, we will drive approximately 15 minutes to the start point of the activity and get fitted with our bicycles and helmets followed by a briefing from your guide.

After the briefing has finished your guide will start the route by heading towards the village of Cartajima, above the Genal Vally. The route starts with a long windy descent with views over the valley of chestnut trees and small white villages nestled inside.

As we pass the edge of Cartajima, we will continue descending whilst entering the Chestnut forest on route to Juzcar the "Blue Village".

We will cycle through Juzcar, stopping for some photos, before we head on to the next two towns, Farajan and Alpandeire. On route to these towns, we will ascend and descend through the curvy mountain roads, passing by briefly before our big climb after Alpandeire.

The 6km climb will be done in stages, stopping to admire the views and break up the challenge slightly.

Once we reach the top of the ascent, we join the road linking Algeciras to Ronda which is mostly downhill, entering Ronda via the historic neighbourhood of "El Barrio San Francisco" where we will finish the activity.
