Our chefs will take you through the basics of South-East Asian cooking - from introducing you to herbs and spices to giving you the hands-on experience. Each class consists of a combination of dishes that complement each other giving you the opportunity to understand different flavors and recreate wonderful meals at home. Work in small intimate groups of 3-4 people on your own cooking station followed by a sit-down meal in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

Arrive at our kitchen at Frasers Tower Downtown and apron up for your culinary adventure. Our classes start off with our expert chef doing a demo and explaining the history of the dishes you will be preparing. Next off you go to work in small intimate groups of 3-4 people on your own cooking station under the guidance of our friendly chefs.
