Join us for a hands-on Japanese cooking experience where you'll learn to make gyoza (dumplings) completely from scratch — from kneading the dough to creating the filling, folding the dumplings, and pan-frying them!
First, we will visit a local supermarket to explore what goes into gyoza and discover how Japanese ingredients are used in everyday cooking.
Then, we will move to the modern and stylish Patia Kitchen studios, conveniently located in central Tokyo to make gyoza from scratch. These spacious, fully equipped kitchens provide a comfortable atmosphere.
