Overview
Haleakala offers stunning views, particularly at sunrise, followed by an exhilarating 20-mile bike ride down the mountain. Riders will enjoy the Switchbacks twice before a shuttle takes them to Makawao to complete the journey to Haiku.

Witness one of nature's most amazing moments as the sun comes up over the horizon atop the summit of Haleakala. After sunrise we make 2 stops within the Park. One is a Historic site, and at a secondary Visitor Center. Guests will begin their self-guided tour from the 6,500-ft. level just outside of the National Park entrance. Guests experience an epic 15mile bike ride down the volcano all while going at YOUR pace and not that of a group, or convoy. You will enjoy the world renowned "Fabulous 29 switchbacks". You then meet the shuttle that will then take you through Upcountry Maui to a location just above Makawao Town. You will be Biking through the Upcountry Town of Makawao and continue Biking back to Haiku. You can enjoy a "No Host Breakfast" in either Makawao, or Haiku.
