The town of Thumrait has been a vital point in the ancient Frankincense trading routes. Gear up as you head to the next stop of lost city of Ubar archaeological.

Visit the legendary Lost City of Ubar, discovered in 1992 with the help of NASA satellites. Optional entry is available for 3 OMR per person (not included in the tour price). Alternatively, guests can enjoy a free photo stop from outside, with the guide sharing the history and significance of this ancient UNESCO site. This option allows more time to explore the beautiful desert dunes.
