Literary Quarter (Barrio de Las Letras)Bar 2 : Down the streets, through the heart of the Literature Quarter, once home to many famous writers. Our next stop will be an Asturian bar, it's a real treasure where we will taste Spanish cider, made by an unique technology without sugar. Also here highly recommended to try white wine from Galicia (region in the north part of Spain) those wines feel like trying a salty-flower liquid gold with a smell of Atlantic ocean, because wineries are located just in front and they perfectly pair with some fried tapas. For example eggplant with honey, famous octopus, croquettes with cuttlefish ink and strong cheese with cider touch.

Barrio de Las LetrasBar 4 : To finish our gastronomic adventure we visit a bar that keeps the history and secrets of one of the most shocking Spanish amusements, the bullfighting. A glass of a dense red Rioja or Ribera wine (two most well-known Spanish wine regions) will serve you just right here. Famous green peppers, special meat croquets and dessert will be our happy end of the evening!
