This half-day cooking class introduces you to Thai flavours and techniques in a relaxed, hands-on setting, with the aim of giving you practical skills you can use at home. The experience takes place at Baipai Thai Cooking School, a home-style learning environment where you'll spend the morning preparing four traditional Thai dishes.

Under the guidance of an experienced teaching chef, you'll learn core Thai cooking techniques, how ingredients are combined, and approaches to food presentation. The class is taught in English and focuses on active participation, with plenty of time to cook, learn, and ask questions as you go.
