8.00 – 8.45AM: Pick up at hotels in Hanoi old quarter (time to pick up depending your hotel locations...). If customers don't stay in Hanoi old quarter, pls come to Hanoi Opera house, 01 Trang Tien street before 7.50AM or Hanoi Aira boutique hotel & spa, 38A Tran Phu street at 8.10AM or CIS coffee shop, 162 Tran Quang Khai street at 8.40AM to get on the bus.

Ha Long Bay is so beautiful and it's crowded every day, especially in summer and weekends -> it is often overcrowded by Vietnamese tourists in summer.

Sometimes, you will see garbages on Ha Long Bay due to changes in flowing water and tides, garbages from other places come to to Ha Long Bay. Government, local people, travel companies... are trying their best to clean up Ha Long Bay.

Customers stay in Hanoi old quarter but don't see hotel/ address in the list to book -> No worries, please choose any hotel option that you can see in the list just to finish the booking, then we will come to pick up. Customers stay on International cruise trip: If your cruise ship habour name is Halong international cruise port, we can arrange the cruise trip that is the same habour & customers just need to walk from your ship to our pick up point around 12.00PM (just 5 minutes). If your cruise ship habour is Cai Lan port, customers need to take a taxi to our Tuan Chau Marina habour at 12.00PM (20 minutes tranfer) or please contact us to arrange pick up services with additional fees.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
