I'm offering a Floating Hammock and Reiki experience with sound bowls, essential oils and therapeutic relaxation on the mountain! Start your stretching journey with our unique yoga hammocks. This session involves a slower-moving floating yin aerial practice. We begin with breathing and inversions, and towards the end, we transition into meditation, sound healing, and some reiki. It is suitable for all ages and aims to release tension and align your mind. It will bring focus to each of the chakra energy centers. Light touching and applying pressure points to the head, hands, and feet may be involved. Come get a session with your loved or friend!
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
