Originating in Rome in the early 20th century, Fettuccine Alfredo is still a classic favorite that is just as delicious as it is fun to make!
In this fun and hands-on class, you will be guided step-by-step through basic knife skills, how to roll and make pasta dough from scratch. You will also partake in making a Classic Alfredo sauce to pull the dish together. You will gain insight on how to source fresh, seasonal ingredients and specialty spices in order to recreate the perfect Italian date night at home.
When giving as a gift, your recipient can choose a date at their convenience during a booking process. Otherwise, you can choose one after checkout and voucher redemption.

No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you do not already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who is happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Our venue partner will have a great selection of drinks available for purchase To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes.
