Just a short drive from the Adriatic coast, this hands-on cooking class in the Venetian countryside is the perfect way to add a memorable, delicious evening to your seaside holiday.

Held in the peaceful town of Marcon, between Venice and the beaches of Jesolo and Cavallino, this experience lets you discover the true flavors of Italy — in a cozy, home-style setting far from the crowds.

We’ll start by making a classic tiramisu, prepared first so it can chill while we cook. Then, you’ll dive into the art of fresh handmade pasta, including a filled version like ravioli or tortelloni, using seasonal ingredients — and even natural coloring when available! You'll also prepare two complementary sauces from scratch.

You will prepare also a flavorful oven-baked sea bream (orata), prepared in true Mediterranean style. A vegetarian alternative is always available on request.

After cooking, you'll sit down for a full 4-course dinner with your dishes, paired with local wine, soft drinks, a fresh espresso, and a touch of grappa to finish.
