Then hop on the back of your modern style Vespa and start to hit the bustling, iconic backstreets of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Our first stop is a famous local eatery where you’ll savor a bowl of bun cha, a Hanoi classic that combines fresh rice noodles, grilled pork, and meatballs, including a plate of crispy spring rolls.
