We cruise along narrow streets to arrive at Ngu xa village to try different versions of Pho and other dishes. Our team will take us for a ride to the West Lake for some stunning night scape photos and watch guards march out to ceremonious music to take the flag down at Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to see how much respect is paid by locals for this daily event.

Nothing captures the reverence and sanctity that the Vietnamese hold for Ho Chi Minh more than these nightly ceremonies. Following, we will head into the densely packed streets of Hanoi to the Train Street where locals cook, relax, and sell their wares. It is a bustling alley full of locals going about their nightly lives, right next to active train tracks!
