The child must be 4 years and above and supervised by parents/guardians, tour guides/instructors, or tour operators. They will not be allowed to drive.

Drivers have to be in good physical and mental ability to ensure safety. Drivers must be at least 15 years old.

During the tour, strictly follow the tour guide/instructor. The tour operator has the authority to stop any risky riding or unpleasant mannerisms with no refund.

In order to use the zipline, the participants should be in good physical health and free of any limitations that could affect their safe use of the equipment.

Please wear comfortable shoes. Flip-flops are not allowed. Sandals with straps are acceptable. Wear clothing that is comfortable and suitable for physical activities.
