We'll take you on a tour of our old winery, Castel di Salve, a boutique family-run estate farming grapes and producing fine wines since 1885. You'll visit all production areas and learn about winemaking techniques and traditions: you'll learn about vine-growing down at the vineyard, then about winemaking and aging processes in the cellar.
After the tour, we'll guide you into a tasting of 5 different wines from our production, which we'll chose depending on the season and availability.
We'll be open to answer your questions and ready to make you have a good time at our place.
