If the time slot you choose is not available, you will be transferred to another time slot on the same day. These changes are beyond our control. Therefore, by making the reservation, you acknowledge this possible change, and we inform you to avoid subsequent complaints or refund requests, which will not be considered. Example: If you choose the 12:30 pm time slot and the ticket office of the Palace closes at that time, you will be transferred to the next available time slot, at 1:30 pm.
