The tour tour will be continued to local family making Cao Lau, the speciality in Hoi An, there they will tell you how to make the Food that only some families in Hoi An can make it. After that take you go to another family making :Banh it la gai” a special cake in Hoi An. There you can learn how to cover the cake with ramie leaf, then see them cook. Let’s taste it!
